Multi-Discipline Deck Crews

The operations and manning levels on offshore installations are ideal to implement Multi-Discipline Deck Crews. Their tasks include marine duties, banksman/slinging and rigging, fabric maintenance, access, crane operations and helicopter landing crew duties.

Through our parent company, Salamis Marine and Industrial, we have a wide range of experience in the operations of Multi-Discipline Crews on fixed installations, semi-submersibles and F.P.S.O.s

Crosbie Salamis Limited offers a service that includes the development and provision of multi-tasked crew and helideck crews for the management and handling of offshore logistics operations including training of personnel both onshore and offshore.

Training

Crosbie Salamis Limited recognizes that our most important asset is our people. We are committed to adopting an approach which permits all our people to learn new skills, develop new abilities and generally involves them in every aspect of the business.

Through our parent company and associations with independent training organizations, we can offer specialist courses that support the implementation of multi-discipline fabric maintenance, marine and logistic crews.

All training is assessed for its effectiveness in contributing to goals and targets agreed to with the client, with the team and at the individual level.

To support the training Crosbie Salamis Limited utilizes the company’s Competency Assessment System. The system has been developed to manage the training needs of each individual both onshore and offshore and to ensure that all individuals are competent to carry out their specific role and tasks.
