APM specializes in facility management and financial administration services. APM's primary focus is managing and leasing commercial real estate. APM provides professional property management services to public and private institutions, corporations, professional organizations and individuals throughout Newfoundland. APM enables its clients to achieve economies of scale as a result of negotiating contracts for major utilities, services, and/or major repairs as well as replacement commodities. APM offers the following core services; tenant management, financial administration, financing, promotion and leasing, leasehold improvements, space planning, maintenance and managing external contracts.
